Prices and conditions

You can only book the full camp. All booking options are ALL INCLUSIVE the full program incl. workshops, milongas, gatherings & extra‘s, only bed & food are optional.

Contact us if (and why) you would need an another arrangement.

Attention! You need to bring your bedding: duvet, sheet, duvet & pillow covers & towels. You can rent a duvet with us (no covers).

All booking options are inclusive 69 workshops free to choose from and all milongas and cafes.

If you like and manage :) you can do 5 workshops a day.

We offer a few discounted places for dancers who cannot afford the regular price. For this contact us by email.

Cancellation conditions

Your payment has to be arrived onto our bank account within 5 working days after our email conformation.

Please consider to buy a cancellation insurance, just in case.

Cancellation charges:

No charge if you send us an email within 5 working days after our confirmation. Make sure you receive an answer from us!
25% of the price up to 1 months before the start of the event
50% of the price up to 2 weeks before the start of the event
100% of the price within 2 weeks before the start of the event

If the event is cancelled (never happened, but you never know) no worries for you. We will reimburse your full payment, unless you wish to support us and the teachers with a donation. For that we would be grateful.
